Apartamento Costa Mar is located near the large beach of Playa de Los Pocillos. This beach has beautiful clear water and an average temperature of 19 degrees. The apartment is located just in the middle of both boulevards, when looking at the sea and walking left in approximately 7 minutes this will take you to the short boulevard of Matagorda that will continue in a walk which is perfect for airplane spotters as there you can see the planes flying over your head. 

When walking to the right in approximately 15 minutes you will be at the beginning of the lively boulevard of Puerto del Carmen. On the boulevard you will find a variety of restaurants and local shops with most of them overlooking the sea. At the end of the boulevard if you continue walking along the seafront you will find the harbour which is located in the ‘Old town’. When walking uphill at the end of the boulevard you will see the Biosfera shopping mall which holds all your favourite brands.

The apartment is located in a private communal area with a communal swimming pool that has a panoramic view of the volcanoes. This gives you a true Lanzarote feeling.
The one-bedroom apartment holds a spacious terrace that has a sea view. This is the perfect place to start your day, with a delicious breakfast and enjoying the views. The living room has a dining area and an open kitchen. In the living room there is a sofa bed which is great when travelling with families or when you are having a friend’s holiday. When coming into the bedroom with a double bed, you will wake up greeted by the volcanoes outside your window. The bathroom holds a bathtub and shower, should you want to enjoy a relaxing bubble bath during your stay. Apartamento Costa Mar is a great location if you come to relax and also close if you want to visit the livelier side of town. The apartment has been refurbished to give it a new and modern look.
